Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Caspor.AI platform (the "Service") operated by Caspor.AI Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

3. Refunds

Charges for the current and past billing periods are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as a duplicate charge, a confirmed billing error on our part, or a documented technical issue that prevented you from using the Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for the request. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being billed, cancel before the trial ends. Charges that occur after a trial converts to a paid plan are subject to this Refund Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
