Caspor AI, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website caspor.ai and the Caspor AI software platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

- Account data: Name, email address, and password when you register. Business name and billing address when you subscribe to a paid plan.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, and device information. This is collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
- Content you provide: Any data you upload or enter into the platform — such as contacts, documents, project details, or marketing copy — is stored to deliver the service. We do not use this content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
- Payment data: Payment is processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). We store only the last four digits of your card, expiration date, and billing address. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
- Communications: If you contact us by email or via our contact form, we retain that correspondence.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account and deliver the services you subscribed to.
- To process payments and send billing-related emails.
- To send product updates, security notices, and support responses. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
