Caspor AI, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website caspor.ai and the Caspor AI software platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, and password when you register. Business name and billing address when you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, and device information. This is collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
• Content you provide: Any data you upload or enter into the platform — such as contacts, documents, project details, or marketing copy — is stored to deliver the service. We do not use this content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
• Payment data: Payment is processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). We store only the last four digits of your card, expiration date, and billing address. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Communications: If you contact us by email or via our contact form, we retain that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and deliver the services you subscribed to.
• To process payments and send billing-related emails.
• To send product updates, security notices, and support responses. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve platform performance.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Connected Social Accounts

Caspor AI can publish on your behalf to social accounts you choose to connect. When you connect an account, the platform gives us an access token and a small amount of profile information. We use it for one purpose only: to publish and schedule the content you ask us to publish, and to show you the result.

• What we receive: an access token, your account or page identifier, display name, handle, and avatar. We never receive your password.
• What we store: the above, encrypted at rest, plus the posts you create in Caspor AI and their publishing status.
• What we never do: read your private messages, sell platform data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train AI models.
• Revoking access: disconnect the account inside Caspor AI, or remove Caspor AI from the platform's own app settings. Tokens are destroyed immediately in both cases.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Data obtained through the Facebook Login, Facebook Pages and Instagram Graph APIs is used solely to publish and schedule content to the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select, and is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. If you remove Caspor AI from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us and we delete the associated data automatically.

TikTok

Data obtained through the TikTok Content Posting API is used solely to publish the videos you create in Caspor AI to the account you connected, and is handled in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

LinkedIn

Data obtained through the LinkedIn APIs is used solely to publish the posts you create in Caspor AI to the member profile or organization page you connected.

Google and YouTube

Caspor AI uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Caspor AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data except as necessary to provide the service, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or where required by law.

4. Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of everything we hold about you, including data received from any connected social account, at any time. See our Data Deletion page for the request form, a status lookup, and the steps to remove Caspor AI from each platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
